There are too many bugs to access this site by IE. I had spent too much time on this issue.

1. cache related

2. crash related

3. cookie time interval related

4. javascript core related

Although the jquery.haschange event improved the environment of catching/triggering the hash statement, but the same problem which one of the function cannot return the right value of Cookie or it doesn't refresh a new one in a ajax page.

I don't expect it will fix within a short time until there are updates on IE8 or jquery patch.
